This is's internal support system which is used to handle tickets and reports. Unlike the rest of the site, the system is only displayed in English because it's the language administrators will be answering tickets in.

This system gives you a bit of transparency regarding administrative decisions. You can see the status of reports you have sent from the Sent Reports tab - it'll give you an idea if you're doing the right thing.

If you're looking to contact administrators using the ticketing system, you can create a ticket by finding the relevant issue through Help and Support.
